1. Zero Tolerance Policy

TeleportChat has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any behavior that endangers minors. This policy applies to all users, in every part of the app, without exception.

2. Who Can Use TeleportChat

TeleportChat is intended for adult users aged 18 and over. The app is not designed for, marketed to, or knowingly used by minors, and access by minors is prohibited under our Terms of Use.

3. Prevention and Detection Measures

To help keep our platform safe, TeleportChat provides:

• An in-app Report feature available during every live conversation, allowing any user to flag another user or session for review in real time,
• An in-app Block feature giving users full control over who they interact with,
• A dedicated moderation process in which reports — including any audio/video evidence collected at the time of the report — are reviewed by our team,
• Enforcement actions including account suspension and device-level bans for users found to violate these standards, preventing banned individuals from easily rejoining the platform.

4. Reporting to Authorities

TeleportChat complies with applicable child safety laws. Where we become aware of apparent CSAM or other child exploitation on our platform, we report it to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and/or applicable local law enforcement, as required by law.

5. How to Report a Concern

If you encounter content or behavior that endangers a child, please report it immediately using the in-app Report feature during the relevant session, or contact us directly at support@teleportchat.com. Reports are reviewed by a member of our team who is responsible for TeleportChat's CSAE prevention and compliance practices.
